About the Role
Individual's families/carers, Support Workers, Allied Health professionals such as Speech Pathologist, General Practitioner, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Teachers etc.
Requirements
Bachelor in Occupational Therapy.
Current practising member of Occupational Therapy Board or AHPRA Registration.
Experience delivering evidence-based Occupational therapy and experience working with children, young people and adults with disabilities.
An understanding of assessments and interventions within the scope of your practice.
Capability to work independently to achieve identified goals within time constraints.
Ability to respond appropriately to crises and manage risk.
Experience working with children, young people and adults with disabilities and challenging behaviours.
Ability to establish rapport with children and be fun!
Current WWCC and NPCC.
NDIS Worker Check.
Ability to work independently.

Working alongside our team of Behaviour Support Practitioners and Speech pathologists, you will provide person-centred functional and environmental assessments and interventions to promote independence and quality of life for children and adults with intellectual disabilities and who may have also experienced trauma in their early childhood or later on in life
